Brass Pipe Fittings

Note: Pipe threads must be sealed using an approved thread sealant.
Assembly Instructions:
- Straight Fitting:
- Hand-tighten the external thread into the internal thread.
- Tighten an additional 2 turns with a wrench for up to ½” male pipe thread.
- For sizes above ½”, tighten 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 turns with a wrench.
- Elbow and Tee Fitting:
- Hand-tighten the external thread into the internal thread.
- Tighten an additional 1 to 1-1/2 turns with a wrench.
- Tighten the fitting clockwise to align with the tubing (never counterclockwise).
Note: To minimise the possibility of a leaking threaded joint after assembling male to female pipe threads, neither end should be backed out (loosened) once the assembly has been made.

- Free-cutting IS-319/CZ-121
- CA360 Brass for bar stock fittings
- CA377 Brass for forged fittings
- Lead-free, bronze, and other special copper alloys as per customer specifications.
Threads:
- BSPT, BSP, NPT any special thread as per customer specification.
Pressure:
- Operating pressure up to 1200 PSI
Temperature Range:
- -65° F to + 250°F (-53°C to 121°C)
